Tovi is a deep house tech house dj from the West Rand of Johannesburg, born in Soweto raised in Kagiso. Tovi started playing in early 2013, before he started playing he was just a collector for about three years then in 2013 he decided to start playing inspired by the likes of Trancemicsoul and Pimp Squad. Self taught Tovi is one of most professional djs you can ever come across, he takes his craft very seriously. A member of DUKG, an underground group of individuals that reside from Kagiso _ consists of djs like 2SMAN(founder), SPYC9T1 AND Wandaful. Tovi specializes in your more uptempo beats, a big fan of tech house his sound is more melodic than tech which crosses between deep house and progressive house. His sound has made him one of most unpredictable djs you will  ever find, he considers himself an up and coming but his made a name for himself. Tovi has played at jozi's most recignized deep tech techno events including Deep Town Jozi, The Low Down and Hotch just to name a few.
